ELDER CARE / NURSING HOME NEGLECT
With the overall aging of our general population here in the United States, more individuals with certain, acquired long-term physical affirmities and disabilities are requiring extensive medical care and nursing services, and thus are being placed into Adult Foster Care, Nursing Home and/or Senior Living settings. Regretfully, many of these same disabled persons, after being so placed, are being neglected. It is at the point where the respective facility’s neglect results in harm or injury to a disabled and dependent person, that this firm then steps in and seeks the necessary relief on behalf of that person and/or their loved ones.
